Synopsis
.hack//G.U. Trilogy is a CG (Computer Generated) OVA adaptation of story from the .hack//G.U. video games released for the Playstation 2 console.

The story follows the protagonist Haseo, a player in the online MMORPG called The World:R2. While Haseo searches for the mysterious player killer called Tri-Edge, he discovers that a dangerous virus called AIDA is lurking inside The World. Only Epitath Users such as Haseo - players with special powers – can defeat it.
